Thing is, I already built what I wanted with the first version. Now I’m trying to build for other people, and this is where it gets a little more business and a little more tricky to decide what to actually build.

The first paragaph of the Feature Creep article says

A great product manager knows how to say no to ideas that don’t serve their product, their vision, or their customers

The product, the vision, the customers. Those three things have to be defined, and that’s what I’m trying to do. But I’m figuring it out and I’ve also had a lot of good feedback today. Thanks!
